Seafood
This was another quick and easy recipe I learned from my sister. Personally, I don't eat seafood, but I have a lot of guests who do. In fact, my idea of seafood is a hush puppy :) But for those in my family who are watching their weight and who are looking for a light, fast meal, this is what I like to make for them, especially for picnics and other gatherings.
Granny Mae Wisdom--I don't eat anything that lives in its own toilet. Give me steak or give me death!
You can add a tablespoon of mayo to it or two tablespoons of olive oil if you want a little more moisture.
World's Easiest Tuna
1 Can of Tuna in Water (drained)
1/2 Cup Red Onions (chopped)
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix together.
2. Serve & enjoy. It's really that easy.
