Simi's Sausage Balls

They're just as nummy without the hot sauce in them!

I've made these for years and my family all love them. Only thing I would add is to remind people to let your sausage and cheese sit on your counter top for 30-45 minutes. For me this makes mixing them by hand so much easier. I have horribly painful hands and this helps so much! For my Christmas gift this year my sweet hubby got me a huge Kitchen-Aid mixer. It's the biggest one QVC has ever had, or they said. I still left these sit on the counter top for 30 minutes, but I made a double batch thus time. I make these at least every month.
