Main Dish
This was one of the first things I learned to make as a kid. It's a simple, fun dish that you can do with your children, or as a quick meal when you come home from work. It's also a great comfort food.
Granny Mae Wisdom--just a dab of this. Just a dab of that. And pray it works out!
The beauty of these is that you can put them in biscuits, back it and voila! You have a whole other dish! Plus, you can use your leftover ham from holiday meals to make it!
Ham Salad
2 Cups diced Cooked Ham
1 Small Onion (diced)
1/4 Cup Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup Peas
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Minced Garlic
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil Mayonnaise
1 Tsp Mustard
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl, except biscuits if you're using those :)
2. Enjoy!
