Ham Pot Pie

Main Dish

This was one of the first things I learned to make as a kid. It's a simple, fun dish that you can do with your children, or as a quick meal when you come home from work. It's also a great comfort food.

Granny Mae Wisdom--just a dab of this. Just a dab of that. And pray it works out!

The beauty of these is that the "stuffing" can double as an awesome ham spread. So if you have some left over, just put it on crackers and voila!

Ham Pot Pie

2 Cups diced Cooked Ham

1 Small Onion (diced)

1/4 Cup Bell Pepper

1/4 Cup Peas

1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese

1 tsp Minced Garlic

3 Tablespoons Olive Oil Mayonnaise

1 Tsp Mustard

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

1 Can Butter Tastin' Grands Biscuits

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl, except biscuits.

3. Split each biscuit in half.

4. With a glass or rolling pin, flatten out each biscuit piece.

5. Place a teaspoon full of mixture in the center of the biscuit and fold the dough over it.

6. Seal the dough over the mixture.

7. Bake until golden brown.

8. Enjoy!
